I suppose it’s the fact that you get so much protein and goodness from what is essentially a milk shake. The best thing about it is you can drink it at almost anytime although I enjoy mine around lunchtime. And guess what, the shake also provides you with a full 30 grams of protein which is good for healthy muscles.

Health supplements these days are just crammed with everything good for you that the body needs but doesn’t always get from food, but nothing that is bad for you. So things like salt, sugar, cholesterol and saturated fat to name a few, which we already get too much of, aren’t in them. I would suggest you have a look on the internet to see what health supplements are on offer, try them for a while and just see how good you feel.
